Imaginary Museums Performance
Project in the context of the relationship between dance, visual arts
and the exhibition space.
Participants are invited to re-invent the gallery space and imagine the exhibition by exploring the universe of movement and sound. The dance poetics seek to explore the existing connections with the aid of imagination, intuition and in-depth study of the exhibited work.
“The dance that Inesa Markava did today at the “common house” exhibition in the bag, in Leiria, was something of redeeming beauty. It’s not to upset those who haven’t seen it that I write this, it’s to not let the good pass when I see it, and to warn you that if you have the opportunity to see her in other projects, don’t miss her.”
