Guggenheim Bilbao Museum

Based on the exhibition «Ardent Celebration» by Jean Debuffet, the performative visit brings new dimensions and perspectives to observe the work of a French artist who was inspired with the idea of freedom and a wider way of looking at art and technique. Though Dubuffet´s life-long career he explored new approaches and paths in order to achieve pure expression and genuine communication with audiences. Markava´s work catches this realm to develop performative visit though dance, objects and music that aims to create imaginary bridges to Debuffet’s work.
